How to Delete an User from your Mortho Account
Steps to Delete a User
Step-1: Log In with your Account
Click here to go to the Login page
Step-2: Navigate to the Users Section
After logging in, follow the path Administration > Users from the top navigation bar to reach the Users section.
Step-3: Search for the User
Locate the user you wish to delete by searching for their name or username in the user list.
Step-4: Open on the Action Button
Click the Actions button This will open a Dropdown menu with various options.
Step-5: Select the “Delete” Option
Choose “Delete” for the user whose data you no longer require. This will prompt the system to delete the selected case. Double-check to ensure you’re choosing the correct case to avoid any unintended deletions.
Step-6: Confirm Deletion
A prompt will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. Confirm by clicking Yes.
Step-7: Verify User Deletion
The user will be removed from the user list, confirming that the user has been successfully deleted.
