Things to Know Before You Begin

- System Requirement: A one-time desktop helper application is downloaded and installed during setup.

Steps to Use AI Scribe in Mortho
Step-1: Log In to Your Mortho Account
Open your browser and log in with your credentials.
Step-2: Navigate to the AI Scribe Module
From the sidebar menu, click on AI Scribe.
Step-3: Start the Recording Session
Once the AI Scribe screen is open, click on the “Start Recording” button available on the top-right corner of the screen.
Step-4: Download the Required File
On your request, a downloadable .zip file will be generated. Save the file to your system.
Step-5: Unzip and Run the Setup
Go to Download in your files.
Unzip the downloaded file.
Open the designated folder
and run the installer file (refer to the screenshot in the application for specifics).
Step-6: Automatic Resource Installation
On the first run, the application will automatically download any required dependencies if they are not already installed on your system.
Step-7: Desktop App + Web App Synchronization
Once the desktop helper app is successfully running, return to the web application. You will notice that the recording has been activated automatically.
Step-8: Stop Recording & Access Notes
At the end of your consultation, click Stop Recording. Within a few minutes, the complete recording audio file, transcription, and AI-generated clinical notes will appear in the grid view of AI Scribe Grid Page.
Depending on your internet speed, loading may take a few minutes. Rest assured, Mortho is designed to prevent data loss. As your connection improves, your record will appear on the appropriate screen.
